These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of skylinebusinesslaw.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Skyline Business Law, APC ("Skyline," "we," "us," or "our"), a California professional corporation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about California business law, estate planning, ADA defense, and related topics for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. Legal outcomes depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each matter, and laws change over time. Do not act or refrain from acting based on Site content without first consulting a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
Visiting the Site, completing a contact form, scheduling a consultation through Calendly, sending us an email, or calling or texting us does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship with Skyline is formed only when both parties have signed a written engagement agreement and Skyline has confirmed that it can and will represent you.
Until that written agreement is in place, communications you send to Skyline may not be confidential or protected by the attorney–client privilege. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through the Site, by unencrypted email, or by other unsecured means before an engagement is established.
The Site is "attorney advertising" as defined by the California Rules of Professional Conduct and the California Business and Professions Code. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every legal matter is unique, and the results in one matter do not predict the results in another.

The Site includes calculators and decision tools (for example, the probate fee calculator, ADA settlement estimator, statute of limitations checker, business legal health check, and PAGA exposure estimator). These tools are provided as general educational illustrations only and rely on simplifying assumptions. They do not produce legal advice, do not account for every fact specific to your situation, and may produce results that differ materially from the outcome of an actual legal matter. Do not rely on them as a substitute for consultation with an attorney.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and the "Effective date" at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
