Submitting a contact form, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise contacting Skyline does not create an attorney–client relationship. Until we have agreed in writing to represent you, do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site, by email, or by other unsecured means. Information you send before an attorney–client relationship is established may not be protected by the attorney–client privilege or the duty of confidentiality.
We retain inquiry and consultation information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter, respond to follow-up communications, comply with legal and ethical record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. If you become a client, your client file is retained according to our engagement letter and applicable California Bar rules.
